AccuracyPrecise machining centers and knowledgeable machinists manufacture to specifications as closely as .0002" in size, parallelism, perpendicularity, etc. InspectionSuch close tolerances are verified by our Brown & Sharpe Global coordinate measurement machine, with a 20" x 20" x20" capacity. A larger Starrett CMM, with inspection capacity of 48" x 84" x 36", is used for our larger components. |

EDM - Conventional and CNCOur largest CNC EDM has a tank capacity of 84" x 48" x 26" and is made even more versatile with its rotary head. EDM - WireWire EDM is not a problem, either. Workpieces up to 44" x 38" x 20" can be machined from vertical to 30 degrees easily. Angles up to 45 degrees are possible with more extensive setups. |
Injection Press Sampling / Light ProductionEffective diagnostics during sampling provides the customer with accurate setup information and improves product delivery and customer satisfaction. With our own plastic injection presses, we ensure our tools make quality parts prior to shipping the tool to the customer. We can run light production with your existing tools, too. |
